    This tournament is a 4-week simulator tournament featuring 16 courses across 8 countries where players will battle it out in a stroke-play knockout tournament to crown the TGR DEXAFIT World Cup Champion!

  • Introducing CLUB TGR on the SGT Platform:
    The Golf Reserve has joined the Simulator Golf Tour platform on GS Pro. CLUB TGR will be the primary tournament, league, and challenge platform used by The Golf Reserve.

    Upon successful registration into the tournament, players will be sent a link and are required to sign up for a free Club TGR Tournament Account.

    Competitive Balance: Using player handicap reporting, players will be placed in comparable tee-boxes to ensure a competitive balance.

    • Black Tees - High Tier

    • Yellow Tees - Mid Tier

    • White Tees - Low Tier


    Players who have not yet recorded a handicap in-club will be placed in Black Tee Tiers. If you’d like to record a handicap in-club prior to the start of the tournament, you will be provided an opportunity. Handicap setting will occur the week of 5/24-5/30.

    Note: Players who played in the Founder’s Cup will have their handicap from that event applied to their grouping in the World Cup Tournament.

    How To Advance:
    Prior to the start of the tournament, players will be placed into pools. These pools will be made up of a mix of players from High, Mid, and Low tiers (i.e., groupings). The top 3 scores from each round will advance. Among the players who do not advance, the highest scores will be prize eligible for that round.

    Groupings may be adjusted during the course of tournament play to balance competitive play.

    Number of Holes Per Round: 9 (front nine)

    Each round will feature 3 countries and 3 courses. A total of 9 holes will be played in each round by each player.

    Over the course of the 4-weeks, players will compete across a total of 16 different courses in 8 different countries. Some courses will only be played by certain groupings but all courses will have the same or similar index rating for fairness.

    When Are the Playable Dates?:
    CLUB TGR Tournaments are play-as-you-like events. Players can play their rounds anytime starting at 12:01 AM on the start date of the tournament up until 11:59PM on the end date of the tournament.

    1. Registration ends on 5/31. There will be no exceptions to allow for late registration.

    2. Each round will be available for 7 days. Players must complete their round within the 7 days to be eligible to move on.

    3. Handicap setting in-club will only be available the week of 5/24-5/30. If a player has not completed a handicap setting session in-club by that time, they will automatically be placed in the High Tier (Black Tees) grouping.

    Mishits Happen:
    We know that one of the perils of simulator play is mis-hits that are shots that are recorded by the system but are accidental or mis-read by the system. While these are unfortunate, there will not be any scoring adjustments made in the event of a mis-hit.
    Keep in mind that not only can a simulator record a mis-hit, it can also sometimes work in your favor when you hit a poor shot its unable to read. All players are subject to the same risk.
    Best Practices for Mitigating the Risk of Mis-hits:

    1. Pick up the ball with your hand, do not roll it with your club.

    2. When picking up the ball stand with your back to the impact screen to block the launch monitor’s read of the ball to reduce the likelihood of the mis-read.

    3. Take Practice swings away from the ball, not near it. This is the most common cause for mis-hits to be captured by the system.

    4. System failures can also occur. For that reason, its recommended to get your round recorded as soon as possible so that you have time to adjust your schedule if there is an issue with your simulator.

    Important Notes:
    - No refunds on tournament fees
    - No scoring adjustments will be made for any player
    - Rounds must be played in-person at The Golf Reserve facility

    For Complimentary Core Memberships:
    Players who are non-members but join the tournament will receive a complimentary Core Membership for the month of June (6/1-6/30). This membership will entitle them to 24/7 access to the facility with 1-hour of play included daily with their membership. Any additional guest or hours booked beyond the daily 1-hour limit will be subject to prevailing pricing.
