Before selecting a single piece of technology for The Golf Reserve, we defined three non-negotiable priorities:

  1. Deliver the most accurate and consistent performance data possible

  2. Reduce the risk of injury associated with repetitive practice on inferior turf systems

  3. Create the clearest, most premium visual experience with a course library broad enough to satisfy every type of player

Every decision that followed—launch monitor, turf, software, and visual infrastructure—was measured against those standards.

The result? An intentionally designed club environment that puts the player at the center.

The Golf Reserve: Powered by Foresight Falcon — and Here’s Why


Our performance data requirement was clear: no guesswork. This led us to Foresight Sports and the Foresight Falcon, which uses ultra-high-speed photometric cameras to capture impact data with precision, unlike radar-based systems. This technology records thousands of images per second, providing accurate measurements of ball flight and club delivery, essential for indoor environments.

Foresight's systems are recognized for their accuracy and immediate feedback. Independent tests show Foresight consistently offers tighter standard deviations across key metrics, including lower spin axis variance and stable clubhead speed. Thus, the data is not only accurate but also repeatable, which is crucial for consistent progress

Our evaluation focused on simulation software, course libraries, and long-term flexibility, seeking a platform for practice, competition, and immersive experiences without limiting content or visuals. Foresight’s ecosystem meets these needs with realistic ball physics, an extensive and evolving course library suitable for all golfers, and a seamless overhead design that enhances indoor environments, resulting in a refined and professional experience.

The third pillar in designing The Golf Reserve was deceptively simple to state—and extraordinarily complex to execute:

  • Before designing the projection system, we made a foundational decision:

    Zero exterior light bleed—period.

    The Golf Reserve was designed in a location where no uncontrolled exterior light could intrude. From there, interior lighting was treated with the same discipline you’d find on a film set—directional, intentional, and purpose-built to eliminate excessive ambient wash while still feeling warm, premium, and inviting.

    Only once that control was established did we select our projection system.

  • The AK700ST projector offers:

    - True cinema-grade 4K resolution

    - 4,000 lumens of brightness

    - Short-throw optics for simulators

    - A slim design for overhead integration

    It delivers bright, detailed, and sharp images, setting the gold standard for golf simulator environments. Combined with effective light control, it achieves depth, texture, and clarity often unattainable in many facilities, leading to the design of custom screen solutions tailored to this projection technology.

  • In designing our golf suites, we thoroughly assessed the physics of the design space, analyzing how ball energy reacts after impact within our suites—not solely on the screen, but also on fringe and putting surfaces.

    Through meticulous selection of turf weight, pile height, backing materials, and padding substrates, we successfully managed both energy absorption and ricochet behavior across our custom turf footprint.

    This is why each Golf Suite is equipped with a 32” Planar touch screen for logging in and navigating simulator software.

    In addition, players can control the ambient lighting in their suite to create the lighting environment they prefer during their visit.

  • Crafting the end-to-end premium experience meant finding the right offerings and technology to invest into our suites.

    Each Golf Suite is furnished with:

    • 55” Samsung Frame TVs with all the major sports packages - as well as a full in club subscription to Golf Pass.

    • Rocco Super Smart Fridge for non-alcoholic beverages and soft drinks.

    • Single-serve Keurig coffee makers with an assortment of coffee and tea

    • Wall cabinet with snacks and candy

    • In-suite menu of convenient partner restaurants

  • In planning the support model for the semi-autonomous Golf Reserve, we identified customer anxiety regarding service failures. To address this, we introduced ARGUS (Autonomous Real-Time Golf Utility and Support Bot), designed as an onsite patrol and troubleshooting agent.

    ARGUS possesses extensive knowledge of our facility and can quickly identify issues while connecting players to live support. This addition enhances player confidence, ensuring help is just a click away.
